In Bursa we treat elevator work as a chain: survey, installation, maintenance and modernization — not a one-off job. New buildings get design and install; existing buildings get a maintenance contract and modernization when needed.
Installation covers shaft handover, rails, cabin, doors, drive and controller, then commissioning. Warranty service follows handover.
Monthly maintenance includes lubrication, safety circuit, door adjustment, shaft and machine-room checks, and a written record. Building managers must contract a competent service monthly. Yearly inspection is done by an A-type body; a red-label unit must be made safe within the allowed time.
Modernization can be controller, drive, door locks, EN 81/A3, VVVF energy or cabin refresh. The 24/7 line is for entrapment and stoppages. Request a survey via the quote form.
