Spare parts cover drive, controller, doors, locks, buttons and safety gear. On sites we maintain, stock and lead time go into the survey note. Describe brand, model and the failed part on the form.
On emergency stoppages, safety parts come first. Cosmetic parts can wait for a planned visit. On other brands we ask for measure and photos.
