Building Owners

Owners want survey, quote and legal duties in plain language. A monthly maintenance contract is mandatory; yearly inspection is a separate exam. Homelift and adding an elevator to an existing building are discussed on that visit.

The written quote holds scope and duration. Certificates and references are shared for the owners’ meeting.

Owner surveys in Bursa are booked via the form. Flat count and whether a lift already exists speed the visit.
